NOAA has updated "red flag" conditions. They are showing today from 12 noon until 8 pm and now Monday from 1 pm until 9 pm for "red flag" conditions in the EM region. Wind speeds of 20-30+, and gusts into the 40s, as well as RH levels from 7 - 15 per cent both days.
